Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Property (Kildare)

The role
As the F&B Supervisor, you'll play a hands‑on leadership role across multiple dining outlets, supporting the delivery of consistently outstanding service. You'll be the driving force on the floor – managing service flow, supporting your team, and ensuring guests enjoy a warm, polished, memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service – always maintain and exceed luxury service standards.
2. Lead by example with a guest‑focused, proactive approach.
3. Oversee daily operations during busy services across various dining spaces.
4. Support seamless communication between kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
5. Ensure an efficient, smooth flow of service-even during peak times.
6. Apply and train fine‑dining principles, from service etiquette to table management.
7. Support the team with menu knowledge, dish descriptions, and wine pairing insights.
8. Mentor and train junior staff to build a confident, service‑driven team.
9. Play an active role in continuous improvement across the department.
Ideal candidate profile
10. Previous supervisory experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end restaurants.
11. A genuine passion for exceptional guest service.
12. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a team.
13. Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a calm presence under pressure.
14. Solid knowledge of premium food & beverage service.
15. A hands‑on attitude and a commitment to upholding high standards.
