The Role
My client, a non profit organisation based in Blanchardstown, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As the Corporate Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Corporate Services team to deliver high-quality governance, compliance, HR, and office support functions. You will drive best practice, ensuring transparency, accountability, and operational excellence across the organisation.
Tasks & Duties
* Lead, motivate, and develop the Corporate Services team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee all HR functions, including policy development, employment law compliance, employee relations, and effective office administration to support a growing organisation.
* Ensure full compliance with AHBRA Standards, the Charities Regulator, CRO, Data Protection Commission, HSA, and other statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Develop, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks, policies, and procedures that promote transparency, integrity, and best practice.
* Provide high-quality support to the Board and Committees, including recruitment, induction, preparation of agendas, papers, minutes, and action tracking.
* Maintain accurate registers and records, ensuring timely reporting and monitoring of compliance and governance documentation.
* Deliver governance training, guidance, and advice to Board members and staff, keeping the organisation up to date with legislative and regulatory changes.
* Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve organisational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance service delivery across all corporate services functions.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
* Degree-level qualification in governance, law, business, or a related field; professional governance or compliance qualifications desirable.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in governance, compliance, or corporate services management, including supporting Boards and senior leadership in a regulated or not-for-profit environment.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Strong knowledge of Irish corporate governance, housing, and charity regulation.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, Board members, regulators, and staff.
* Demonstrated ethical judgement, integrity, and commitment to the organisation's mission and values.
