This role supports a busy, fast-paced team in delivering an exceptional service experience to customers. You will manage orders, process returns, handle enquiries, and coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external partners.

* Manage orders and processing related administration
* Process returns and handle customer enquiries
* Coordinate deliveries with internal teams and external partners
* Maintain accuracy and professionalism while prioritising multiple tasks
Qualifications
* Minimum of two years of experience in a similar customer service or administration role
* Strong communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of SAP and experience within the pharmaceutical or service industry is advantageous
