As a Commissioning Specialist, you will work on innovative and challenging projects with industry experts as part of our world-leading multi-discipline team.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the commissioning process for HVAC, electrical and building envelope systems.
* Reviewing owner project requirements (OPRs) and basis of design (BOD) documents to ensure they meet the intended requirements.
* Preparing commissioning specifications and design and construction phase commissioning plans.
You will also be responsible for facilitating commissioning meetings, reviewing submittals and start-up sheets, and preparing final reports and systems manuals.
Requirements
* A qualification in architecture, engineering, environmental or sustainability-related subjects is essential.
* LEED GA or AP BD&C / ID&C certification is highly desirable.
* 5+ years' experience as a commissioning/energy systems consultant or related position.
