Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute key Fianna Fáil events including the Arbour Hill Commemoration, Cork Summer Show, National Ploughing Championships, and Annual President’s Dinner. Manage logistics such as venue selection, scheduling, permits, and supplier coordination. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure branding, promotional materials, and communications are in place. Oversee guest lists, ticketing, security arrangements, and VIP management. Provide on-the-ground support and troubleshooting. Maintain records of expenses, attendance, and post-event reports.
2. Election Support: Assist in preparations for Local, National, and European elections, including logistics and administrative tasks.
3. Office Management & Staff Oversight: Support office management at Fianna Fáil Headquarters. Foster a collaborative environment, act as a key contact for staff queries, support staff development, and work with management on policies and operational improvements. Provide occasional HR support, reception cover, and liaise with Leinster House team. Support fundraising events and campaigns, liaise with the Finance team, and maintain donor records.
4. Membership Support: Coordinate national membership campaigns and local recruitment drives. Maintain accurate membership records, support engagement events, respond to member queries, and collaborate with Constituency Organisers on local activities.
