Job Summary:
As a Quality Leader, you will spearhead the implementation of food safety and quality standards within the Technical Excellence agenda. You will work closely with production teams to embed a robust food safety and quality culture, manage quality technologists on site, and foster cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Drive a culture of food safety across the site by promoting positive behaviors and leading root cause investigations.
* Ensure all team members are trained and competent to perform tasks safely through coaching and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement safety improvements through behavior-based safety observations.
* Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to develop technical excellence.
* Support the delivery of the Technical Strategy and improvement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
* FHACCP Level 4 Diploma/Degree in Food Safety, Food Technology, or equivalent is essential.
* Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication skills are required.
* Fluency in English is essential for oral and written communication.
* Ability to record, interpret, and analyze key process data is essential.
* Experience in Technical Standards is necessary.
* Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential.
* Proficiency in MS Office tools is desirable.
