This is a key opportunity to take on a leadership role in our retail store. As Deputy Store Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial performance and leading a large team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering results through people and experience working in high-volume, customer-focused stores.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

* SUPPORT THE STORE MANAGER IN LEADING, COACHING AND DEVELOPING A TEAM OF 10+ SALES ASSISTANTS

* DRIVE SALES AND KPIs BY CREATING A MOTIVATING AND HIGH-PERFORMING STORE ENVIRONMENT
">
* ASSIST IN IMPLEMENTING EFFECTIVE STRATEGIES TO MAXIMISE TURNOVER AND CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT
">
* ENSURE HIGH MERCHANDISING STANDARDS AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES
">
* SUPPORT STOCK MANAGEMENT, STOCKTAKES AND DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
">
* LEAD FROM THE FRONT AND MAINTAIN A STRONG PRESENCE ON THE SHOP FLOOR

To succeed in this role, you will need:
">

* 2+ YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN AN ASSISTANT OR DEPUTY MANAGEMENT ROLE WITHIN HIGH VOLUME, NON-FOOD OR GROCERY RETAIL
">
* EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH RETAIL KPIs IS ESSENTIAL
">
* EXCELLENT LEADERSHIP, ORGANISATIONAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
">
* EXPERIENCE MANAGING STOCK LEVELS, STORE PRESENTATION AND STAFF TRAINING
">
* FULL-TIME AVAILABILITY (40 HOURS PER WEEK)
