YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Coordination & Leadership• Coordinate retail assistant tasks each day.• Lead by example on the shop floor.• Act as the go-to in your Retail Manager's absence• Ensure all tasks are carried out and completed in Managers absence.• Deal with employee issues in the first instance• Keep all discussion with employees confidential or between management• Help to deal with employee concerns• Support task delegation and follow-through on MyComms actions.• Assist with new store setups if requested.Store Operations• Ensure that all daily tasks are completed and followed up on by all staff\• Participate in daily walks to ensure the above• Ensure a clean, tidy, well-presented store at all times.• Manage stock: ordering, pricing, receiving, and merchandising.• Execute promotions and in-store campaigns.• Accurately process sales, refunds, and till adjustments.Customer Service & Sales• Welcome and assist every customer.• Recommend complementary items to increase value for customers.• Answer phone enquiries professionally.• Treat all customers details and visits confidentiallyWhat We Expect From You• Work as a united team with your Retail Manager — back each other up, communicate openly, and show mutual respect in front of the wider team. • Take ownership of the shop floor• Be proactive and hands-on — don't always wait to be told• Deliver a consistent, helpful experience for every customer• Maintain high standards in store presentation and product availability• Communicate clearly with your team and manager• Stay organised and on top of your tasks• Follow up and follow through• Report issues or concerns early• Protect the safety and privacy of everyone in store• Support a positive, respectful team environment• Lead by example
