As a key player in the vacation ownership industry, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Job Responsibilities
* Manage and collect past due loan and maintenance fee accounts assigned to you.
* Make calls to owners worldwide to request payment and reduce delinquency of past due accounts.
* Provide regular updates on overdue loan and maintenance fee accounts.
* Communicate with owners through various channels, requesting payment and discussing resolutions to bring their account back into good standing.
This role is based at our office in Cork, with a hybrid working arrangement (two days in-office and three days from home). Fluency in German and English, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer service-based roles are essential.
