Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive growth in the German market and build lasting relationships with our Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners and clients.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Qualify and develop pipeline opportunities by collaborating with partners, client field representatives, and internal sales teams for the ISV industry.
2. Research and pursue new leads within the German market through joint campaigns, events, prospecting, and strategic approaches.
3. Cultivate and nurture key relationships, providing exceptional customer care and anticipating clients' needs by gaining deep insights into their requirements and customising solutions accordingly.
4. Research to provide account intelligence, identify key stakeholders, and build relationships with IT decision-makers and practitioners.
5. Participate in weekly and monthly meetings to review progress and strategies.
6. Establish joint accountability between ISV sales teams and clients to move qualified opportunities through to closure ensuring to leverage repeatable sales plays and update pitches based on industry conversations.
7. Deliver on quarterly sales targets for specified ISVs enabled on client platforms.
8. Identify customer business challenges and technical requirements, mapping them to appropriate client contacts and partner solutions.
9. Maintain strong communication with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, utilising various channels for effective management.
10. Navigate through complex compliance requirements and operational procedures specific to each client and jurisdiction.
