Job Title: Technical Support Associate
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
About the Role:
This is a permanent full-time position based primarily on-site in Galway City. You will report directly to the EMEA/APAC Technical Support Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities include:
* Providing professional and friendly support by handling inbound customer calls and emails in Norwegian and English.
* Acting as the first technical point of contact: analyzing and resolving customer queries and complaints related to the assigned product portfolio.
* Documenting all customer interactions accurately according to internal standards.
* Clearly communicating investigation findings and solutions to customers via phone and written correspondence.
* Prioritizing and managing customer inquiries in shared mailboxes according to company processes.
* Ensuring timely response and resolution to meet individual, team, and company KPIs.
* Identifying and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
* Building and maintaining product knowledge and sharing expertise within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A completed education, certificate, or degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, biomedical, healthcare, nursing, engineering) - an advantage but not mandatory.
* Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role - beneficial.
* Full professional fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
* Ideally at least 1 year of experience in a medical/clinical environment or technical support role.
* Strong analytical skills, structured working method, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
* Experience handling complex customer issues and technical troubleshooting.
* Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills, team player, and adaptable.
* Ability to prioritize tasks independently and take responsibility.
