This is a part-time role in facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the university campus.

* The working hours are 20 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 5pm-10pm and every second Saturday from 9am-5pm.
Duties:
* The key responsibilities include opening and closing the university, setting up events that take place onsite, dealing with contractors who perform work on site, responding to fire alarm and intruder alarm activations, assisting clients and staff with daily activities onsite and checking maintenance issues before reporting them to line managers. The ideal candidate must also ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently in accordance with required standards including weekly periodic tasks using cleaning chemicals safely as per Control of Substances Hazardous Health guidelines COSHH).
