The Role:
We’re looking for friendly, motivated, and customer‑focused individuals to join our busy contact centre team as a Customer Service Advisor. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls, answering queries, and providing an excellent customer experience every time.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls and respond to customer queries via multiple channels in a professional and efficient manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, and accounts
Resolve issues effectively, escalating when necessary
Update customer records with attention to detail
Work towards individual and team performance targets (quality, customer satisfaction, call handling times)
Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction
About You
You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers using multiple channels (phone, email, social media, chat etc.)
A friendly and professional telephone manner
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable using computer systems and handling multiple applications
Previous customer service or contact centre experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided
