Key Responsibilities Maintain exceptional standards across all plant categories including shrubs, trees, and bedding plants, ensuring best practice in watering, feeding, and pest control Design and implement visually appealing, seasonal, and commercial plant displays to drive footfall and sales Deliver on KPIs through strong commercial awareness, effective pricing, and identifying sales opportunities Manage stock levels, place orders, attend trade shows, and coordinate deliveries to ensure availability and quality Lead, motivate, and develop your team, driving high standards in plant knowledge and customer service Provide expert horticultural advice, ensuring an engaging and informative shopping experience Maintain a clean, organised, and safe department in line with company and health
