We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrator to support daily business operations. This role is essential to keeping the office running smoothly and will involve administrative, organizational, and communication tasks across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
* Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
* Prepare, organise, and maintain documents and records
* Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping or invoicing
* Coordinate office supplies and vendor relationships
* Support management and team members with administrative needs
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM systems, scheduling software, or accounting tools
* Familiarity with Workpal and Sage preferred

Pay: €27,000.00-€47,217.46 per year
