We are looking for a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team in Kerry.
Key Responsibilities
Health & Safety Leadership: Lead by example in maintaining exemplary Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) standards throughout every project phase, fully compliant with Irish regulations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor engineers, site operatives, and subcontractors, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a high-performance team culture.
Project Delivery: Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil works to achieve project milestones and strategic energy objectives.
Operational Excellence: Manage budgets, resources, design coordination, and contract administration with precision and accountability.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, utility providers, and local communities, representing the business with professionalism and integrity.
Sustainability Integration: Ensure procurement, construction, and delivery strategies support environmental goals and long-term value.
Regulatory Compliance: Oversee licensing, permitting, and adherence to public works contract requirements accurately and efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor progress, provide regular reporting, and contribute to a culture of innovation and learning.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
Chartered status or working towards chartership with Engineers Ireland (or an equivalent professional body).
Minimum 5 years' experience managing large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Strong knowledge of Irish construction regulations, public procurement, and energy-sector delivery methods.
Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proactive, solutions-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Full working rights in Ireland and a full, clean Irish/EU driver's license.
