Job Description: We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team in the Leinster region. As a field engineer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining IMS connect products across various locations in Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install and commission IMS connect product range
* Provide configuration assistance both onsite and remotely
* Support and maintain IMS connect systems across all client properties
* Collaborate with colleagues to survey, design, and deliver network installations
* Manage stock and logistics to ensure timely delivery of equipment
* Comply with CRM, documentation, and communication platforms
* Represent the IMS brand with professionalism and respect at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years' experience in electrical, energy, security, or networking sectors
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Comprehensive organizational, prioritizing, and planning skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and proven work standards
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Full clean driving license
* Solas Safepass or similar CSCS access card
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Manual handling and working at heights certification
* Experience with software programmes Office 365, Microsoft Teams, One Drive, SharePoint etc.
* Familiarity working with ticketing CRM platforms
* Previous background in electrical systems to support Energy Management Solutions
