We have an excellent opportunity for a Head Chef for a daytime operation in Maynooth, Kildare. In this position you will manage the team and ensure food production and is carried out to the highest standards. This is a busy operation and you will need to be very hands-on and customer focused. Location: Maynooth, Kildare Salary: €50-55k Hours: Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Health and Safety policy. Lead by example in excellent food production Assist in the training of existing and new staff in accordance to standards To pass on all knowledge that will help the property in its day-to-day running Maintain a high level of food quality which will exceed guests expectations with every dish. Collaborate with the senior team in the compilation of creative and innovative menus The Ideal Head Chef: Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar senior culinary leadership role. Background in high-volume, premium corporate or hospitality environments. Creative, passionate, and up-to-date with food trends and nutrition. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets, compliance, and service standards effectively.
