Role Overview
Day time working and no late nights
As Head Chef, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu design to food preparation and team leadership. You will ensure dishes are executed to the highest standard while maintaining efficiency, cost control, and a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train, and motivate a team of kitchen staff.
* Develop and design seasonal menus that align with our brand and clientele.
* Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste across all dishes.
* Manage food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.
* Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
* Work closely with management to achieve business goals.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Creativity and passion for food, with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of food trends, cost control, and kitchen management.

Pay: €28,744.16-€50,000.00 per year
