RecruitmentPlus is now recruiting for a Nurse Helpline / In-house Clinical Support Specialist.
Client: My client is highly regarded, offering a superb working environment and is a leading medical devices company with a reputation for patient centric solutions, innovation and ethics.
Role Responsibilities:
1. Advise patients remotely on the use of my client's product within the area of Sleep Apnoea and Bilevel Ventilation.
2. Manage patient problems/calls and provide solutions to patient queries.
3. Provide support to the Clinical Sales team and maintain patient records.
4. Liaise with physicians and nursing personnel where appropriate and follow up to ensure compliance with therapy.
5. Work with patient clinics within the company.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. The role requires a nurse (Registered with An Bord Altranais) with good self-organisation and admin skills, patient focus, and communication skills.
2. Computer literacy is necessary, and nurses with varying levels of nursing experience can apply.
3. Fluency in English is required.
4. A respiratory background is beneficial but not a requirement.
