Job Title: Senior Business Analyst – RPA & Financial Services
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support automation initiatives for a major financial services client. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements for RPA delivery teams and understand how banks operate.
About the Role:We are looking for an expert in process analysis and improvement who can lead requirements gathering, produce detailed documentation including BRDs, process maps, user stories and exception handling rules. You will work closely with stakeholders to define business rules, edge cases and process controls.The successful candidate will have minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with proven track record in RPA projects (Power Automate, Ui Path, Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere). They should also possess strong understanding of banking or financial services operational processes such as payments onboarding lending settlements KYC AML decision engines workflow tools control frameworks risk mitigation automation governance
