About FintuaFintua (formerly Taxback International) is a rapidly expanding SaaS provider, transforming how businesses manage indirect tax and eInvoicing requirements. We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4 years' experience to drive our digital presence and support our ambitious growth plans.PurposeThe Digital Marketing & Analytics Executive will own and manage the Fintua corporate website and all associated digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns - including website management, SEO, PPC, email and paid media - to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will be expected to independently run PPC campaigns, own tracking and reporting and demonstrate proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, running campaigns both natively and in collaboration with agencies. You will collaborate closely with the other members of the Marketing team to ensure all digital activity is aligned with business objectives and delivers measurable results.Location: (Hybrid – Kilkenny, office based 1-2 days per week)Reports to: Marketing ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesWebsite ManagementOwn the ongoing development, optimisation, and performance of the Fintua website (WordPress), including building new pages, updating content (in collaboration with the Content Marketing Manager) and enhancing functionality.Manage website content in collaboration with Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation and other teams, ensuring messaging is current and campaign-aligned.Develop and execute a website traffic growth plan, set and monitor KPIs, and optimise for SEO and user experience.Maintain consistent, engaging brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.Oversee the company resource centre, newsletter and regular website updates.Digital Channel ManagementDevelop and execute strategies for all digital channels, including:Paid Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.)Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing) — including independently running and optimising PPC campaigns.Software review sites (G2, Capterra, SourceForge)SEO/SEM (keyword research, on-page and off-page optimisation, supporting Content Marketing Manager)Email marketing (nurture campaigns, newsletters)Create and maintain a digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant campaign execution including brand awareness, lead generation and retargeting campaigns.Digital Campaign ManagementSupport Demand Generation campaign strategy with landing page creation, email design, and content promotion.Work in collaboration with the Marketing Team to develop sales funnels and lead nurturing sequences.Optimise website content and user journeys to maximise inbound leads and demo requests.Collaborate with SEO agencies and partners to amplify content and improve search rankings.Collaborate with Sales and Client Management Teams to run Account Based Marketing campaigns.Analytics, Tracking, ROI & ReportingOwn the tracking and reporting of all digital marketing activities, ensuring robust measurement of campaign performance and ROI.Manage analytics tools, with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager, to monitor traffic, engagement, and conversions.Set up and maintain tracking for all digital campaigns, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.Use insights to continuously improve campaigns and digital presence.Advisory & EvangelismAdvise marketing and go-to-market teams on the best digital channels and tactics to achieve MQL and pipeline goals.Act as a digital evangelist, keeping the team updated on the latest industry trends, Google updates, and best practices.Person SpecificationBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS or B2B environment, focusing on technical digital marketing, analytics and reporting.Demonstrable experience managing websites (preferably WordPress), SEO/SEM, paid search, social media, and email marketing campaigns.Proven ability to independently run, track, and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Bing), both natively and in partnership with agencies.Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.Proficient with additional web analytics tools (Google Search Console, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce, Pardot and Hubspot).Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and digital advertising best practices.Highly creative, analytical and results-driven, with a proven ability to generate and optimise inbound leads.Experience with A/B and multivariate testing for campaign optimisation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and technologies.What We OfferThe opportunity to shape Fintua's digital presence at a pivotal stage of growth.Collaborative, innovative team environment.Exposure to all aspects of SaaS marketing and the chance to make a measurable impact.Professional development and career progression opportunities.Recognised as a both a Great Place to Work and Deloitte Best Managed Company, we believe that recognition goes much deeper than just financial rewards.
