About Us
Cooney's Home Interiors, operate a one of largest Christmas shops in Ireland. As we prepare for our busiest time, we're seeking organised and reliable individuals to join our online fulfilment and customer support team.
Role Overview
This temporary role runs until mid-January and is focused exclusively on online order fulfilment. Your job is to ensure online Christmas orders are picked, packed, and dispatched smoothly, and to provide friendly assistance to customers by phone and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and dispatch online orders for accurately and efficiently.
* Label and prepare orders for collection and courier shipping.
* Respond to customer queries via phone and email with a positive attitude.
* Assist with general order management.
* Maintain a tidy, organised packing area and support the team in meeting daily targets.
Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and well-organised.
* Able to perform physical tasks (lifting parcels, stocking supplies).
* Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehouse, or customer service is helpful, but not essential—training provided.
