The Opportunity - Full-Time Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for great people to join us in our state of the art Dublin 4 office and help us to continue building an excellent place to work. At JET we care about our people and provide a vibrant place to work with great facilities, free fruit, snacks and refreshments and carefully scheduled shifts to make late night working until 9pm that little bit easier. We are now looking to strengthen our customer service team with self motivated and hardworking individuals to help us handle interactions with our customers and restaurant partners across a range of channels, including voice and chat. We are looking for people who can help us make a difference in achieving satisfaction for our customers, who are passionate about service excellence, who can rise to the challenge whilst remaining calm, professional, and resilient. People who love to help, who love to talk and can adapt to both telephone and instant message with ease. At JET, we believe that everyone has something to bring to the table!
The important bits!
* Full-time, 40 hours per week
* Hybrid working - 60% in office, 40% from home
* Shifts will be scheduled on a 2 week rotational basis and will comprise of 5 x 8 hour shifts per week.
* Full flexibility is required between the hours of 7am-9pm Monday to Sunday, however, you will join the current full time working pattern which is always subject to change with notice.
* Classroom based training, 6 weeks on site (no home working during this period)
* Full eligibility to work in Ireland is required supported by the relevant documentation to evidence this.
* This is a hybrid role and we really value the importance of our teams connecting in person onsite. Can you confirm that you are able to attend our office which is based in Dublin 4, 35 Shelbourne Road in line with this stated policy and as dictated by the business?
* It is a requirement that you can deliver in your role in English (both written and spoken). Can you confirm you meet these requirements?
* At Just Eat Takeaway we have a minimum age restriction of 18 plus. Can you confirm you meet these requirements?

* Competent PC user with the ability to multitask/toggle between multiple systems with ease
* Effective communicator (written & verbal) with an eye for detail and a resilient approach.
