The role
My client, a leading mid-size developer, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a 3+ years of experience. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the oversight and management of extensive healthcare projects in North Dublin and Navan, with the option of being based on either site.
Responsibilities
Assist the Senior QS in managing subcontract packages, overseeing payments, and handling normal QS duties.
Collaborate in preparing monthly internal valuations and monthly cost reports.
Report on budgets and variations.
Maintain subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
Task allocation reflecting increasing development and experience levels.
Qualifications
3-5 years Post-Graduate experience with a Contractor.
Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets.
Proficient in Cubit, Cost-ex, or equivalent, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar.
