Customer Success Manager
Reporting to: Head of Customer Success
Primary Function: Own and manage customer renewals to ensure long-term retention and growth.

Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 3 days in office – Sandyford, Dublin 18)

I’m Nick, Head of Customer Success at SportsKey. I’m looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as we continue to scale globally.
Everything we do is about helping people play more sport. We build simple, intuitive software that saves our customers time and helps them maximise the use of their sports facilities.

The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of renewals, ensuring customers continue to see value in SportsKey and choose to grow with us year after year. You’ll help automate and improve renewal workflows, identify upsell opportunities, and act as a link between our customers and Product Team to share insights that shape the platform.
You’ll also spend part of your time supporting customers through Intercom, providing quick, friendly, and helpful responses to ensure every customer experience with SportsKey is world-class.

Requirements
* Graduated from college or university within the last four years - unfortunately, applications who don’t meet this requirement will not be considered.
* SaaS experience preferable.
* Proven record of achievement and a desire to learn and grow in a scaling environment.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
