Job Title: Digital Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Visionary Content Development: Create and edit high-quality video content for social media platforms, company websites, and marketing campaigns.
* Social Media Oversight: Strategically plan and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and resonates with diverse audiences. Respond promptly to comments and messages to foster a strong sense of community.
* Content Scheduling: Effectively maintain a shared content calendar to coordinate and schedule posts for both brands. Ensure timely delivery of content that aligns with campaign objectives, promotions, and key events.
* Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Team to develop compelling content that supports marketing campaigns and promotions. Utilize content briefs provided by the digital marketer to create assets that align with campaign goals, key messaging, and calls-to-action.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor the performance of social media content and identify areas for improvement. Adjust content strategies based on feedback from the Digital Marketing Team and performance insights.
