Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Proven leadership skills with experience in managing high-volume kitchens in large-scale healthcare environments.
* Able to maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs promptly.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and meeting operational targets during peak periods.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a senior sous chef or equivalent in a similar setting.
