Programme Management Opportunity
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Programme Manager to lead projects in the banking industry. The successful candidate will oversee and deliver critical projects over a 12-month contract.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead project implementation utilising methodologies including application development, systems integration, and operational efficiency improvements.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
* Manage project finances, risk mitigation strategies, and stakeholder relationships to advocate for business needs.
Requirements:
* Experience: 7+ years of end-to-end project management experience in finance.
* Certifications: Agile Certification is essential, with Scrum Master or RTE qualifications preferred. PMP certification is beneficial.
* Skills: Strong project management, change management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
* Communication: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with a knack for time management and prioritisation.
