This role involves both inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities to upsell products to existing customers.The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering excellent service while supporting sales growth across our product range. Please send your CV to info@curranfoods.ie and include “Tele-sales Executive” in the subject line of your email.Location & Working HoursFully office-based role in Northern Business Park, Waterford CityReporting to the Sales Manager.Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.DutiesHandle inbound customer calls and process orders accurately.Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.Promote relevant products and upsell where appropriate.Maintain accurate customer and order records.Build strong relationships with customers through professional communication.Work closely with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in tele-sales, customer service, or sales support (preferable but not essential).Strong communication and interpersonal skills (required).Good attention to detail and organisational skills (required).Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (required).Basic computer literacy and order-processing experience (required).Experience using Business Central or similar ERP/order-processing systems (desirable).Experience in foodservice, FMCG, or wholesale distribution (desirable).Proven ability to upsell and build customer relationships (desirable).
