The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Consultant to join their dynamic IT Service Delivery team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the CRM areas of SAP systems that support critical business functions in the. You will collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders for day-to-day operations and projects.
Your responsibilities:
5. Attending requirements workshops and assisting business in blueprint phase
6. Identify and suggest possible process improvement opportunities through CRM 7
7. Preparing functional specifications.
8. Completing system configuration
9. Liaise closely with ABAP team during build phase
10. Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical problems
11. Preparing and managing all elements of testing
12. Work alongside delivery leads and architects to Identify and manage risks
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
13. Advanced knowledge of Contract Management, Sales, Campaigns, Marketing, Products in CRM 7.0
14. Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of CRM / ISU integration
15. Worked on more than one CRM 7 / ISU (Industry-Specific Utilities) projects
16. Must have gone through all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation creation and training
17. A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills is a must
18. Knowledge of CRM BOL / GENIL concepts and OO programming concepts used in SAP CRM 7
19. Comprehensive knowledge of CRM ISU Data Model
20. BSP configuration and design skill is a must
21. Knowledge of capabilities provided in CRM Ehp2 would be an added advantage
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
22. Knowledge in the following specific areas would be an advantage: A solid technical background with excellent ABAP debugging skills is desirable OpenText Streamserve
Testing (HP Quality Centre 11.0 Enterprise)
23. Experience with SMART projects and/or AMI/MDMS experience is desirable.
24. Experience of working on large SAP projects
25. Experience of all phases of project lifecycle
