Senior IT Recruitment Consultant at Realtime Recruitment
Principal Analytics Consultant required to join our growing team of data professionals delivering cutting-edge analytics and data platform solutions. This is a hands-on, functional leadership role—ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex business challenges through modern data technologies, while guiding clients through their data transformation journey.
As a Principal Consultant, you'll work closely with stakeholders to design, build, and implement enterprise-grade analytics solutions, with a strong focus on Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and the Azure Data Platform.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing data solutions on the Azure platform.
* Build advanced analytical dashboards and data models using Power BI and Fabric.
* Architect and implement modern data warehousing solutions and data pipelines leveraging Azure Synapse, Data Factory, and Azure SQL/Storage.
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients—translating complex requirements into technical solutions that drive business outcomes.
* Stay hands-on with the latest Azure technologies while mentoring junior team members and contributing to solution design best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience delivering enterprise analytics solutions in a consulting or in-house lead role.
* Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and report development)
* Microsoft Fabric
* Data Warehousing concepts
* Strong understanding of data governance, security, and platform scalability.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
* Ability to work both strategically and tactically in fast-paced environments.
Nice to Have
* Experience with cloud migration projects.
* Microsoft certifications in Azure or Power BI.
* Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code for analytics environments.
