Lead projects involving infrastructure and associated projects.
Highly regulated environment.
Manage design, delivery and commissioning of projects Develop plans for scope, schedule, budget and resources.
Work with tender and pre-construction teams to make sure requirements are met.
Manage the design, drawings and approvals process in line with programme.
Make sure projects comply with regulations and specifications.
Collaborate with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure clear communication.
Support QS with review of changes to contract and valuations of work.
Participate in crisis management/business recovery procedures Requirements Minimum 5 years experience as Project Manager on medium to large scale construction projects Experience of managing contractors and /or consultants Experience of managing and reporting project commercial performance Experience with HV, MV and LV systems & communication systems Operational knowledge of 18th Ed c.
