– Part-Time Receptionist at E&S Aesthetics (Medical Aesthetic Clinic, Dublin) Are you warm, organised, and passionate about customer service?
E&S Aesthetics is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients.
About Us We are a modern and elegant medical aesthetic clinic, offering advanced skincare and rejuvenation treatments in a welcoming, professional setting.

Role Responsibilities As our receptionist, you'll be the face and voice of the clinic, helping ensure a seamless and professional experience for every client.
Your duties will include:
Greeting clients warmly and managing check-in/check-out procedures.
Answering phone calls, responding to WhatsApp messages and emails promptly and professionally.
Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the clinic schedule.
Maintaining a tidy and calming reception area.
Assisting with basic administrative tasks and patient records.
Supporting the team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Part-time (2–3 days/week, with flexibility depending on clinic needs) Located in Dublin Potential for growth as the clinic expands What We're Looking For Fluent English speaker (spoken and written) Strong organisational and multitasking skills Presentable, friendly and professional appearance Discreet and respectful with patient confidentiality Positive attitude and a genuine interest in skincare and aesthetics Desirable (but not required): Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or customer-facing role Familiarity with booking software or CRM systems Interest in medical aesthetics or skincare Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Part-time Job function Job function Administrative Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at E&S Aesthetics by 2x
