As a Product Director in our Commerce organization, you will lead the development of core Marketing Tools while overseeing the Email Campaigns business line. Your work will directly shape how hundreds of thousands of businesses—representing billions in GPV—connect with their customers and grow on Squarespace.The Marketing Tools team enables merchants to build lasting customer relationships through personalized communication, targeted campaigns, and scalable solutions for managing data, segmentation, and outreach. In this role, you will drive product strategy, set goals, cultivate team culture, and oversee career development to ensure we deliver impactful products. You will also own reporting on the Email Campaigns revenue line, providing bi-weekly performance updates to the executive team.You will report directly to the Head of Commerce.
