The Role
As Store Manager, you will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring your team delivers excellence in service, standards, and sales performance. You'll take full ownership of your store, using your commercial insight and leadership skills to exceed targets and build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand's premium identity.
Analyse business performance, identify opportunities, and implement effective action plans.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest standard.
Oversee day-to-day operations including stock control, scheduling, and compliance.
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members.
Collaborate with your Area Manager to deliver commercial objectives and brand initiatives.
About You
Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Store Manager or experienced Assistant Manager in fashion retail.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams.
Commercially focused and confident analysing sales and KPI data.
Passionate about fashion, styling, and providing an elevated in-store experience.
Organised, adaptable, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills.
