Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Manager
This is a key role within our site management team, overseeing the dispatch, chilled, and frozen storage operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing intake, cold storage, and dispatch processes for fresh, chilled, and frozen goods, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality product flow to domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage systems for the intake of chilled and frozen products.
* Lead dispatch activities across fresh and frozen goods.
* Oversight of stock management using SAP and Business Warehouse tools.
* Maintain accurate documentation for both domestic and export consignments.
Requirements:
* 35 years' experience in dispatch, warehouse, or cold storage operations (preferably within FMCG or food industries).
* Solid understanding of chilled and frozen logistics.
* Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
* Strong leadership, organisational, and communication abilities.
* Knowledge of HACCP, LEAN, and health & safety procedures.
