As a Social Care Worker, you will work closely with a team of professionals and leaders to provide a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment, ensuring the wellbeing and development of the young people in your care.
Key Requirements:
1. Strong knowledge of child protection legislation
2. Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
3. Qualification in Social Care or a relevant field (salary dependent on CORU registration eligibility)
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
