Night Manager – Keadeen Hotel

At the Keadeen Hotel, we’re looking for a Night Manager to oversee the hotel during overnight hours. You’ll lead our dedicated night team, take charge of guest services, safety, and operations, and ensure the highest standards are maintained while most of the city sleeps.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and support the night team to deliver exceptional service.
* Manage front office duties: check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and billing.
* Handle guest concerns calmly and efficiently.
* Perform night audits and ensure smooth handover to the morning team.
* Carry out security checks and respond to emergencies.
* Ensure public areas and meeting spaces are always guest-ready.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in hotel front office or night operations.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
* Confident working independently while managing a small team.
* Flexibility for weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
* Knowledge of hotel systems (e.g., Hotsoft, Opera) is an advantage.
