Key general requirements of the candidate;Professional, honest and trustworthy.Teamwork and initiative.Friendly, positive, confident, well-presented and patient-focusedExcellent written and spoken English.Proficiency with ITExcellent organisational and communication skills, telephone etiquette.Excellent time keeping and attention to detail.High level of Confidentiality in relation to all records.Participation in the ongoing professional development requirements of the practice.Administrative Responsibilities;Assisting with other administrative tasks as neededMaintaining a high standard of patient and client care at all timesAnswering, Triaging appointments, via phone call and in person.Managing appointments.Interacting publicly at reception.Coding healthcare records.Managing prescription requests.Record keeping.Receiving and sorting daily mailAnd similar tasks.Hours of work;Monday to Friday- 9am to 6pm.Rate of Pay;€14.00 -€17.00/hr depending on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: €14.00-€17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:On-site parkingWork Location: In person
