The role:
Our Pharmacy Technicians work in a positive environment, as part of a dynamic team, supporting our Pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, delivering expert advice while providing excellent care to our customers at all times.
Desired Experience for the role
Experience in preparation and dispensing medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist
Maintenance of stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store/customer requirements.
Preparation of Nu-Life blister packs in a timely manner
Reporting to and supporting the shop manager but take direction from Pharmacist on duty in the busy dispensary.
The role is 4 days per week / 32 hrs between Monday to Saturday
Desired skills
Qualified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years experience
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise
Strong communication skills and be capable of working on own initiative.
People-focused with an ability to effectively deal with our customers.
Be flexible, approachable and friendly regarding your work.
Fluency in English
Strong Customer Focus
Must Have:
Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply.
IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies
Full Clean Drivers licence essential
