About the Role:
Sandra is currently seeking a reliable, organised, and enthusiastic individual to join her online department team. This is a full-time, onsite role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing online orders efficiently and accurately
* Picking, packing, and wrapping customer orders to a high standard
* Managing customer enquiries via email and phone
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Assisting with general online department tasks as required

* Skills & Experience Required:
* Basic computer skills are essential
* Knowledge of Shopify is beneficial but not essential (training can be provided)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
