Commercial Property Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join our client’s highly regarded Real Estate team in Dublin.

The Role:
* Advising clients on the acquisition, development, financing, and disposal of commercial property across multiple sectors.
* Representing landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex leasing and development projects.
* Supporting major infrastructure, renewable energy, and data centre projects, managing all property aspects.
* Collaborating with corporate and finance teams on joint ventures, reorganisations, and secured lending.
* Liaising with clients, lenders, and counterparties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction management.
The Person:
* 1–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, gained in a large or mid-tier law firm.
* Strong experience in commercial property transactions, leasing, or development work.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
* Commercially astute with strong organisational and communication abilities.
* A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to manage complex matters.
