This is a customer-facing role where you’ll work across full project lifecycles and play a key part in shaping our growing Irish team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver Syncade projects: installation, configuration, testing, validation, and go-live supportAct as a trusted technical partner to life sciences clientsTroubleshoot issues and optimise MES performanceSupport compliance with GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidanceMentor junior engineers as the team growsWhat We’re Looking For5–8+ years’ MES experience (Emerson Syncade strongly preferred)Hands-on expertise in key Syncade modules: EBR, Materials, Weigh & Dispense, Equipment TrackingStrong knowledge of SQL, VBScript, XML/XSL and system integrationsUnderstanding of MES–DeltaV interfaces and other manufacturing systemsExperience with system validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and regulatory complianceExcellent communication and client-facing skillsDegree in Engineering or Computer ScienceWhy JoinBe part of building a new Ireland team from the ground upWork directly with leading life sciences manufacturersProgress towards senior technical or leadership rolesHybrid working model with client engagementDynamic environment backed by the stability of a trusted US parent companyHow to ApplyIf you have strong Syncade MES experience and want to be part of shaping a new team in Ireland, we’d love to hear from you.
