About the Role:
We are seeking a commercially minded Marketing Account Manager to take ownership of our multi-channel marketing strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and strategic marketing professional with 3–5 years' experience who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, press releases, and advertising campaigns.
* Manage traditional marketing projects, including print collateral, working closely with the design team.
* Generate leads to attract and convert new customers.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and marketing effectiveness.
* Oversee social media platforms and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok).
* Plan, execute, and analyse targeted email marketing campaigns.
* Utilise CRM systems to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
* Participate in cross-departmental meetings to align marketing activities with business goals.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
* 3-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within the automotive or a related sector.
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
* Full clean driver's license with access to own car.
* Proficiency in website Content Management Systems (CMS).
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Adobe Analytics is highly desirable.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Proven teamwork skills with the ability to build positive relationships across departments.
* High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning abilities.
* Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to work.
