Meanwhile, Casting Ireland has accrued more than 10 years’ experience placing cast for Film, Television, Commercial, and Broadcast productions. The two businesses work in tandem, operating as a “one-stop-shop" for casting and crewing needs.We are currently on the lookout for a Casting & Communications Lead to join our busy team of experienced media professionals. The ideal candidate has a passion for creative industries as well as a keen knowledge of social media and marketing.THE VACANCYThe ideal candidate is a self-starter, with a dynamic and ambitious attitude, well-equipped to spearhead marketing and social media campaigns. These will serve to promote both Casting Ireland and its sister agency, The Production People. The individual will operate in step with the businesses’ pre-established corporate identity, while seamlessly integrating new ideas to stimulate continued business growth and development.They will introduce and promote both arms of the business to the commercial and associated media market and be a professional advocate through consistent marketing and promotional activities via telephone, email, print, social media, and other relevant communication channels.Alongside business development responsibilities, the successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Casting Associate to assist with casting projects, where required. An active interest in film, television, commercials, social media, and marketing is essentialProficient level of English (Cambridge C2 or IELTS 7)The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where customer service is paramount.
