HireForce is working with an Irish company who are for a Project Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented, implementing these qualities through a variety of tasks ranging from project administration and financial support.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage communication with stakeholders via phone and email;
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
* Support manager in communication, development and roll out of relevant programmes with stakeholders;
* Support record-keeping and assist in the preparation of reports;
* Prepare invoices for submission to relevant parties;
* Monitor accounts and ensuring timely payments from customers;
* Managing audits as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* 3 years' experience in previous role;
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Well-organised and pro-active individual.
