Web Summit is known as "the best tech conference on the planet" according to Forbes. Our events create meaningful connections and we’re expanding to new markets, driving global connectivity, and making a positive impact while reducing our environmental footprint.
What You'll Do
Analyse & advice: Identify inefficiencies across GTM and marketing operations workflows and recommend data‑driven improvements.
Build & automate: Develop lightweight and heavy automations and integrations using Python, APIs, and automation tools (Matomo, Zapier, Pipedream, etc.) to reduce manual effort and improve data flows.
Own CRM quality: Work within Salesforce to manage data integrity, build workflows, and support the broader revenue and marketing teams.
Bridge the gap: Act as the connective tissue between technical engineers and non‑technical marketing/commercial stakeholders, translating effectively.
Leverage AI tooling: Use LLM‑powered tools (including Claude Code and agentic workflows) to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and explore new capabilities.
Evaluate & adopt: Continuously assess new tools and technologies, with an appetite for improving our tech stack.
Collaborate & communicate: Contribute actively in cross‑functional projects, producing clear documentation, presentations, and recommendations for varied audiences.
