The Role
Bristol Myers Squibb is hiring an Associate Director Global Logistics Process Integration Lead to drive end‑to‑end integration of business processes and ERP systems across Global Logistics.
Position Summary
Lead integration programs for consolidation of business processes and ERP systems.
Drive change‑management initiatives and own business application implementations.
Lead cross‑functional program and project teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, and risk management.
Collaborate with GCO leaders, IT, finance, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable solutions.
Mentor junior process leaders and streamline processes using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead logistics integration programs for multiple markets with commercial partners.
Develop execution strategies to meet program timelines and deliverables.
Align ERP and financial systems with business objectives and optimize resource use.
Implement and operationalize supply‑chain processes and ERP systems.
Coordinate UAT strategy across GPS and commercial organizations.
Drive process excellence, identify improvement opportunities, and develop best practices.
Manage cutover strategies for system go‑lives and impact analysis for external manufacturing.
Interface with external partners such as 3PL and CMOs to optimize distribution.
Standardize cross‑pillar processes and enable pillar‑specific customization.
Define capability roadmap across people, process, technology, and data.
Provide leadership for large capability programs and deliver training and KPI dashboards.
Maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure process model accuracy.
Facilitate rapid adoption of digital innovations for accelerated change management.
Digital & Analytical Acumen
Support the departmental digital SAP strategy and champion emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
Analyze functional decisions against key KPIs (cost, inventory turnover, fulfillment, lead times).
Lead cross‑functional projects on digital process redesign using platforms like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, and cloud analytics.
Maintain growth mindset through continuous learning of digital and machine‑learning tools.
Additional Professional Requirements
Comprehensive understanding of the entire value chain, including systems architecture and integration.
Strong knowledge of global logistics processes, process optimization, and digital solutions.
Experience implementing digital tools and demonstrating ROI.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for conflict resolution and consensus building.
Leadership skills that inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams.
Strong analytical and critical thinking to prioritize issues and devise solutions.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
Education
B.S. or B.A. in supply‑chain, logistics, engineering, biotechnology, or data science; master’s or MBA preferred.
Advanced supply‑chain certification (e.g., APICS CSCP/CPIM) preferred.
Operational excellence certification (Green/Black belt) preferred.
Experience
8+ years in logistics management, including transportation and 3PL.
5+ years of SAP experience; prior enterprise SAP implementation a plus.
Broad experience across supply‑chain functions.
Proven track record of leading transformational projects with cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations.
Financial management exposure and knowledge of regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA).
Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desired.
