As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver warm, seamless service to every guest.
The Role:
As Restaurant Supervisor, you will support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experience, and a motivated, well-trained team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations during service, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
* Lead, coach and support front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
* Be hands-on during busy service, setting the tone and standard for the team
* Monitor floor operations, guest satisfaction, and resolve any issues promptly
* Assist in onboarding, training, and developing new team members
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams to maintain service excellence
* Uphold and ensure compliance with all health and safety and hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role in a restaurant or hotel
* A warm, confident personality with excellent communication and leadership skills
* A genuine passion for food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, guest-focused decisions
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
